Carlos Alberto Arroyo Bermúdez (born July 30, 1979 in Fajardo) is a Puerto Rican professional basketball point guard who plays for Beşiktaş Milangaz in Turkey. Arroyo is the fifth player from Puerto Rico to play in the NBA.
